Having spent 25 years building Pareto Law into a global sales transformation business helping companies grow and develop their sales teams, Jonathan joined the board to accelerate the sales growth of Upskilla and offer some support to the board. Having previously worked with Paul Drew for more than 10 years, Jonathan has built a special partnership based on trust with the goal of jointly building a winning culture.

As COO, Paul is responsible for the company's success, performance and drive. Paul has the ability to demonstrate the business values by leading by example and, as a result, Paul avoids the noise of business by using the art of listening & questioning to drive the real business drivers.

Dale Walker
Director of Curriculum
After nearly 15 years of training, coaching and sales experience across the tech sector, Dale is an experienced leader in designing innovative training solutions for businesses using high quality pedagogical and andragogical principles. A qualified trainer/coach, assessor and safeguarding officer, Dale leads on programme design, ensuring Upskilla programmes deliver value to all delegates and meet industry needs.
Dale joined Apprentify Group as their first employee and has been with the business from a small start-up to one of the country’s leading training providers. His passion lies in learning and development, ensuring our learners are well equipped for the demands of the modern job market.
Jas Stott
Head of Customer Success
Having spent her entire career developing and transforming junior talent in a number of industries including finance, sales and tech, Jas is extremely excited to be part of an organisation who is dedicated solely to developing individuals in a number of areas. Having also previously worked in partnership with Jonathan and Sam, Jas is passionate about creating something special working within Upskilla.
Outside of work, Jas enjoys Crossfit and walking with her two dogs. Jas believes a healthy body helps to drive a positive mindset, which is also why she is mental health first aid trained.
Sam Cridland
Learning Consultant
After graduating from The Manchester Metropolitan University, Sam was hungry and eager to begin a career in sales. Beginning his career at the Apprentify Group in May 2022, Sam is excitied to be a part of the original members of the Upskilla brand and looking forward to seeing how it progresses.
